Hey everybody, George Bush believes we should pay attention to Osama Bin Laden's threats against America. Bin Laden's threats came at the same time as a truce offer to America. I have read that Bin Laden often tries to drive a wedge between his enemies and their populus. With that in mind, it is obvious that Bin Laden is trying to take advantage of the fact that the American populos does not support the war in Iraq, knowledge that he made very clear he had in his most recent audio tape. So, he offers a truce, a truce that the American government can never take, because We Do Not Negotiate With Terrorists. But, back on point, Bush has made sure that he is on the record saying that we do need to worry about what Bin Laden and his people have planned. Bush said "When he says he's going to hurt the American people again, or try to, he means it," Now, I know we can never negotiate with terrorists, but what harm would it have done to lead this asshole on, make him think that we may give him some sort of reasonable agreement, just in order to get him to come out of hiding. This could have been a great opportunity for us, if we accepted negotiations and he did not show up, he would have looked like the prick that he is. I personally do not believe that Bush wants an end to this war, or to bring Bin Laden to trial, but if really feels that Bin Laden is the threat that poses, then why does'nt he exhaust every resource to get him.
